Description

We have four red chairs. The chairs have been inside and appear to be in good condition.    Inspection is strongly advised to determine actual condition. All sales are final; no refunds.

NOTE: THE CHAIRS MUST BE TAKEN AND REMOVED BY THE BUYER, at buyer's expense. It is the buyer's responsibility to dispose of any chair that do not fit the buyer's needs. Buyers not prepared or willing to take items in bid will not be awarded future sales.

Viewing times will be during the following hours: 

Tues & Thurs - 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Wed - 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders must adhere to the inspection dates and times indicated above or contact the person listed to schedule an inspection. All bids are to be offered as if inspection and acceptance of condition have taken place, whether or not a physical inspection has been performed.

If awarded and before the items can be removed from Surplus Property location, you must bring to University Services (located at 1128 University Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102) the following:

    1. Notice of Award
    2. Paid Receipt
    3. Personal identification (such as a Driver License)

Items must be picked up within 10 days of payment.

University of New Mexico may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for University of New Mexico.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

University of New Mexico will charge a sales tax of 7%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10%will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the University of New Mexico will not release the item to you. Pick-up hours by appointment only.
