176/1997 Ford F350 Regular Cab, 4X4, W/Plow and Sander. Running boards, Has some rusted areas, Cab corners, bed, exhaust. Sander has not been used in some time? It has a small drain on the battery, if you do not drive  it for more than a week or so, you will need to jump it to get it started.

We strongly recommend all bidders to personally inspect or have item inspected on your behalf any/all vehicles or equipment of interest, as all items offered for sale are used and may contain a number of unknown mechanical/operational defects.

We do not inspect or perform any diagnostics on vehicles or equipment prior to offering items for sale to determine mechanical or operational condition.

15 ACC 150.510. Supply management and disposition
 An employee of the Corporation may not directly or indirectly purchase or conspire to purchase surplus supplies if the employee has been directly or indirectly involved in the acquisition, maintenance, preparation for sale, or disposal of the surplus item.

**Winning Bidders**

1. Pick-up of items MUST be scheduled during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

2. State personnel are not available to assist in starting, troubleshooting, or loading of purchased item.

3. The State of Alaska will not assist or transport any purchased item to a shipping facility.

4. Buyer is responsible for arranging all transportation or shipping of purchased item.

5. Some heavy equipment may need to have components removed prior to shipping (example: grader blades, wings, plows) if items need to be removed to accommodate shipping it is the buyers responsibility to arrange the removal of these items for the shipping company.

6. Must tow non-running vehicles.

7. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible.

8. No maintenance will be allowed on State property.

9. We do not provide temporary registrations or tags.move items prior to shipping.

11. If someone other than the bidder is picking up an item, please send an authorization with a picture ID (Driver's License) and letter or email authorizing the third party to pick up your auction item. All State logo markings and license plates will be removed from vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.

Your bid is a contract to buy this item. All sales are final, no refunds will be allowed. Ample time is provided to view and inspect items before the auction ends. The State of Alaska reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from AHFC's premises as named in the auction site. Pick-up must occur within fifteen (15) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
