2007 Ford Expedition – Runs & Drives – Clean Title (City-Owned Vehicle)

This vehicle was seized as part of a narcotics investigation in March of 2024. Prior history before that time is unknown.  The vehicle was most recently used by the training division as a school car for new hires attending the police academy.  It was pulled from service due to its age and miles.  It was utilized for approximately 16,500 miles in this service.

The AC blows cold air on this vehicle. The vehicle has new tires on it. This vehicle also has power 3rd row seat and power lift gate.  All are functional.

The vehicle starts, runs, and moves as expected.  In February of 2026, the vehicle was driven to its current location under its own power. On March 24, 2026, the vehicle was started, brought to operating temperature, and driven around a parking lot.   

The odometer currently reads 226,479

The vehicles tire pressure monitoring light is on and the driver seat has tears.   No other specific issues were identified during basic operation; however, no comprehensive mechanical inspection has been performed, and additional issues likely exist.

The exterior shows scratches, scrapes, and dings consistent with age and use. Interior wear is present.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 30 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Conway Police Department may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
