KNOWN ISSUES: Unknown Working Condition
All items are SOLD AS-IS.
All items offered for sale are USED and MAY CONTAIN unknown mechanical/operational issues that the seller is unaware of.
Seller will not provide mechanical help or loading assistance. Come fully prepared to load your items and be prepared any possible situation. This includes bringing your own tools, flatbed trailers, dollies, forklifts etc.
Buyer is responsible for loading. Seller will not assist.

PLEASE HAVE ALL PAPERWORK ALONG WITH VERIFICATION OF IDENTITY AVAILABLE WHEN PICKING UP YOUR VEHICLE OR THE VEHICLE WILL NOT BE RELEASED.

PayMac, handles all payments for Los Angeles Pierce College. Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 business days of close of auction.
Current Los Angeles County sales tax rate shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 9% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment and as scheduled by the listed Auction Contact. Pick up hours are by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible to remove the item at the scheduled pick up time. If item is not removed at the scheduled pick-up time, Los Angeles Pierce College has the right to move to the next bidder without offering a refund. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.
Bid Deposits: Los Angeles Pierce College may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
