Up for auction is a vintage Valvoline-branded oil drum equipped with a manual hand pump dispensing system. This classic piece of garage or industrial equipment is ideal for dispensing oil, lubricants, or other fluids, and also serves as a great shop collectible or industrial decor item.

Capacity: The drum appears to be a standard 5-gallon or 15-gallon size. Please refer to photos for visual scale.
Dispensing System: Includes a mounted, heavy-duty red metal hand pump with a lever handle and attached hose for easy, manual fluid transfer.
Condition: The item is in used, vintage condition, showing signs of age and prior use in a workshop environment. It has surface dust, grime, and rust consistent with its age. The red hand pump has not been tested and is sold as-is; functionality of the pump mechanism and hose is not guaranteed.

We encourage customers to make an appointment to view item(s) before bidding. All customers MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT prior to arriving on campus to pick up item(s). If you arrive to the warehouse without an appointment, we make no guarantee that we can assist you. If item is not removed from our facility in 10 days, it will be relisted or disposed of.
The College does not provide any type of shipping or loading help - absolutely no boxing, packaging, shipping or loading assistance in any way. Buyer is responsible for all necessary equipment and man power to load and secure load.

PayMac handles all payments for Washtenaw Community College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Washtenaw Community College will charge sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
