This unit is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied.
The machine was removed from service following a mechanical inspection that identified numerous repairs, including cab deterioration, hydraulic issues, structural wear in the rear boom swing tower, steering component wear, cooling system leaks, worn loader linkage, damaged hydraulic cylinders, deteriorated hoses, worn tires, and body corrosion. The loader hydraulics currently will not lift the machine and require further diagnosis. A copy of the inspection report is available for review in the photos below.
The engine hour meter reads 5,076 hours.
This equipment may be suitable for repair, rebuilding, or salvage for parts.
Inspection is strongly encouraged.
The successful bidder is responsible for loading, removal, and transportation.

The viewing and pickup of this equipment are by appointment only. Please call to make arrangements. This piece of equipment is located in a secure area on Town property.
We strongly encourage bidders to inspect any/all vehicles of interest as most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
Radios and any other special equipment previously added may be removed from the vehicle.

**Winning Bidders**
1. Pick-ups MUST be scheduled during hours of operation.
2. Must tow non-running vehicles.
3. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible.
4. No maintenance will be allowed on Town property.
5. We do not provide temporary tags.
6. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. If someone other than the bidder is picking up an item, please send an authorization with a picture ID (Driver's License) and a letter or email authorizing the third party to pick up your auction.
All Town District logo markings and license plates will be removed from vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.

Town of SEABROOK may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Town of SEABROOK.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
