UCOSURPLUS
The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, auctions property/equipment that have been declared surplus to the needs of the University. The items in this auction are in used and untested condition unless otherwise stated. These items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.” No warranties or guarantees. No refunds. No returns. Every effort is made to supply all available make/model information. Please do your own research prior to bidding and ask any questions that may affect your bid.
LOCATION
UCO has a single address for the entire campus, so please use this link to locate our Facilities Maintenance building, which is located on the North end of campus near the baseball field. Guests may park and enter via the doors at the South entrance of the building.
BUSINESS HOURS
Visitation requires an appointment made through this link. We are open from 8:00a-5:00p Central Time, Monday through Friday. If the primary buyer is not the person picking the item up, we require documentation of express consent for another person to pick up the item. This "expressed consent" can be sent through email to the primary contact. EX: "I, Buyer allow Middleman to pick up item Auction number."
DISCLAIMER OF USAGE
This item is being sold as property/equipment that has been used by faculty/staff on a college campus. We cannot be responsible nor assume any liability for any misuse of this item. By bidding on this item you release UCO and any of their associates from any liability resulting from misuse or damages caused by misuse of this item. We reserve the right to refuse sale or service for any reason.

This auction does not include shipping. All items are sold “as is, where is.” Successful winning bidder makes all arrangements for local pickup.
Inspection of Auction items by appointment only.
University of Central Oklahoma may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for University of Central Oklahoma.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
University of Central Oklahoma will charge a sales tax of 8.25%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up by appointment only. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
