Each dental chair package includes:
· Dental chair with instrument tray, water reservoir, and computer mount
· Doctor’s stoolThe dental chairs are located at 4101 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX 78405, on the Del Mar College Windward Campus. The equipment will remain installed until March 9, 2026; therefore, pick-up will only be available on the following dates:
- March 10, 11, and 12 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- March 13 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Campus closes at 12:30 PM)
Point-of-contact information will be provided once payment has been received.
The dental chairs will be secured to a pallet using bolts. Each chair weighs approximately 320 lbs. For safe and efficient removal, the following equipment is recommended:
- Pallet jack
- Moving dollies
- Lift gate

CONDITIONS OF SALE: All property is offered for sale "as-is, where-is". Del Mar College makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY AFTER PURCHASE: Buyer must remove auction item(s) from Del Mar College premises within seven (7) business days, exclusive of college holidays, after e-mail confirmation of payment receipt. Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with packing, removing, loading and transporting the auctioned item(s).
