BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEIR OWN ARRANGEMENTS TO PICK UP AND LOAD THEIR ITEM(S). IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LIFT OR CARRY YOUR ITEM(S), YOU MUST BRING SOMEONE TO ASSIST YOU.
PLEASE CALL BEFORE ARRIVING. When picking up your item(s), please drive around to the back of the building. Items will be available for pickup at the white double doors located at the rear of the building.

The Bexar Central Appraisal District assumes no responsibility for any auction item(s) after they have been picked up by the buyer.

PayMac, handles all payments for the Bexar Appraisal District. Payment must be received by close of business on or before the 5th business day from the Notice of Award from PublicSurplus.com and complete removal of all items must be made within 10 business days from the Notice of Award. No property may be removed by the purchaser prior to making full payment.
All equipment will be sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults, if any". The District disclaims all warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the condition, quality, completeness or fitness for any particular or general purpose or compliance to safety regulations of the equipment being sold. Pick-up hours are by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up or shipping arrangements, and all associated costs.
