1) Picking up items:

a) Sevier County will not package or ship any items. Items must be picked up in
Richfield, Utah

b) Item(s) must be picked up within the designated time frame and buyer is responsible
for removing, loading, and transporting item(s)

c) Item(s) must be picked up by the buyer or an alternate person. If an alternate person
is needed, please email Sevier County with your name, Public Surplus ID, the name of the
alternate person, and consent given to the alternate that they may remove the items on your
behalf

d) An appointment is required to preview or pick-up items

 

2) All communication related to auctions shall be accomplished via email (email link provided
above in Auction Contact section)

Bid Deposits: Sevier County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for Sevier County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Sevier County may charge a sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Sevier County will not release the item to you.

Pick-up Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. (except Holidays)

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
