2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police interceptor, this was a Police vehicle and was used as such. There is no warranty, and it will be sold as-is. This vehicle has been serviced and repaired by our fleet department, service records available.
Mechanical: Engine runs well, and transmission works great. Brakes measure 4mm, front and back. Horn inop.
Body: Holes have been drilled in the body for the installation of police equipment, body damage typical for a patrol vehicle. The front passenger door is dented, the rear passenger door has a couple of dings, slight damage to the rear bumper, and paint missing along both C-pillar.
Interior: Gray cloth, front seats in fair condition, Rear seat in good condition. Headliner has been cut for police equipment. Holes in dash, multiple locations, odometer is not operational, (mileage was pulled with scan tool)
Options: A/C (unknown operation), air bags, ABS, cruise control, power driver’s seat, recline and lumbar inop, adjustable foot pedals, traction control, power windows, power mirrors and power door locks.

The purchaser will be responsible for picking up or tow from its current location.

City of Port Townsend may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for City of Port Townsend.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Port Townsend will charge a sales tax of 9.1% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
