2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 2WD WT, this was a Street/Sewer vehicle and was used as such. There is no warranty, and it will be sold as-is. This vehicle has been serviced and repaired by our fleet department, service records available.
Mechanical: Engine runs well, and transmission works great. Slight oil seep around oil cooler hose at the oil pan. Does have a check engine light on, has an exhaust rattle, fuel gauge does not work. Tires are badly worn and need replaced. Truck also requires rear brakes, 2mm.
Body: Slight body damage, paint missing due to wear on rockers, truck does have lots of little scratches, asphalt tack, rust staining(from removed pipe rack) and marking paint on it, missing tailgate handle bezel, left taillight lens outer cover broken, and small scrap right rear, just above the bumper.
Interior: Gray vinyl, drivers’ seat is fair, passenger seat is in poor condition, passenger side A-pillar trim is hanging, fuel gauge reads empty all the time.
Options: ABS, Air bags.

The purchaser will be responsible for picking up or tow from its current location.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
City of Port Townsend will charge a sales tax of 9.1% The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
