Please Note: Unit sold as a complete lot. Buyer is responsible for disassembly, and removal from campus. Bring proper tools, equipment, and help (heavy items). Requires immediate payment and contact with seller to schedule pickup appointment. Must be removed by Friday, June 19, 2026.

The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal from campus no later than 2 pm MST on or before Friday, June 19, 2026. Scheduling for pick-up to be completed during normal business hours. LCCC staff members are not available to assist with loading these items. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
These items are transferred and accepted in as-is, where-is condition, without warranty of any character, express or implied, or of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the Recipient hereby agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless LCCC and their respective trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including but not limited to attorney’s fees & workman’s compensation) that may result from or in any connection to the Recipient’s removal of the surplus from LCCC.

Laramie County Community College may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Laramie County Community College.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Laramie County Community College will charge appropriate sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur by the date within the item description. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
