You are bidding on an Wood Sun Gazebo. Please see the below photos to determine condition.

Due to the size and location of the item, pickup times/dates may be restricted. The County of Sonoma may require that a Facilities Mechanic be on site during the time of pickup, which may necessitate the extension of the pickup deadline. 

This auction comes with just the gazebo, and not any other item shown in the photos.

The gazebo is movable (it appears to be on skids).

Due to the large size of the item, a large trailer will need to be brought to load the item. You must bring all tools/equipment necessary to move and load the item, as the County of Sonoma will not provide any tools, equipment, or manpower for that task.

The pickup location shown on this auction is not the actual location of the item. The correct location will be given to the winning bidder once payment has successfully been made.

**Notice to Bidders**

The winning bidder is responsible for supplying proper manpower, equipment (i.e. dolly, handtruck, etc.), and appropriate vehicles for pickup. No equipment or manpower will be supplied by the County of Sonoma. You are required to pick-up all items included in the auction.

Winning bidder must make an appointment, and confirm it(!), with the auction contact to arrange pick-up date/time. DO NOT come to the pickup location without an appointment! You will not receive your items if you do!

Payment must be received within 5 days of auction ending, or else the item(s) may be relisted. If the item(s) are not picked up within 10 business days of the auction ending, the item(s) may be relisted, and no refunds will be given.

This item is sold as is.

Winning bidder must fill out the attached Designated Secondary Pickup Person form if they are planning to have somebody besides themselves pick up the auction item. The completed form must be presented to the Auction Contact at the time of pickup.

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for County of Sonoma. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within 5 days of close of auction.

Sales Tax: County of Sonoma may charge 8.75% sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding on an item(s). When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final, and no refund or exchange requests will be accepted. All electronic items are untested. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 10 business days of notification by Public Surplus of the auction end. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the item will not be released to you.

County of Sonoma may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item. Shipping is not available, and the successful bidder must pick up their items in person.
