2013 Chevy Equinox LT AWD, 2.4L engine, and 141K miles. The vehicle runs very well and is in good condition. The All-wheel drive operates properly and the air conditioner blew cold when we tested it on 02/02/2019. The vehicle recently passed the Virginia state safety inspection, and it comes with a certificate that is good through 11/30/2019. The sale is as is, with no warranty implied.

Additional Notes

Exterior: The vehicle has a few scratches and minor rust that are consistent with its age and average use. The paint looks good, and the SUV has a nice shine.

Interior: The seats and carpet are in good condition. The SUV needs a good cleaning. 

Mechanical: This vehicle has regularly received its scheduled maintenance and in December of 2018, we completed all of the recommended maintenance for the vehicle. The unit received new front and rear brakes, new front and rear rotors, new wheel hub, new wipers, new starter, new battery, oil change and a new filter. There are no known issues.



Payment is due by 02/15/2019. **For payments over $4,000.00, a Wire Transfer is required.  Wire requests are received by Public Surplus Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm and can take up to 2 business days to be received and posted.


We do not ship vehicles directly, however, if you make the arrangements we will try to accommodate your shipping request.


Pick up is due by 02/28/2019 by appointment only. For unique circumstances, we may be able to extend the pick-up period.

3rd Party Pickup 

Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

American Disability College Fund does not collect sales tax.

A Buyers Premium of 12% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within four (4) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
