NMSU may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for NMSU. Acceptable forms of payment are Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after Notice of Award of the winning bid.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the item(s) within five (5) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The Notice of Award, the payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at the time of pick-up or the item will not be released to you.
NOTE: Please bring the "Notice of Award" (emailed from PublicSurplus.com or other University issued notice) along with identification to the NMSU Central Property Office located at 1600 Wells Street on the NMSU Main Campus by appointment only between the hours of 8:30 AM and 11:30 PM, and 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM, Local Time Monday through Friday
No service of any kind will be furnished by NMSU and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated.
