This picture is a formal picture of the Durant Chamber Choir. The picture is from the 2017-2018 school year. It is a 2ft x 3ft picture on canvas that is stretched on a wood frame.

Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the school by the buyer.
WE DO NOT PREPARE, PACKAGE OR SHIP; WINNING BIDDER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PROCESS.

Any Questions regarding an item/items please post on this website under Auction Contract (send email) and it will be answered during normal business hours 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday thru Friday.
For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an email (from the winning buyer's email address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the notice of award and paid receipt (photocopies are acceptable) and their personal picture ID (Drivers License).

Durant Community School District may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Durant Community School District.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
A Buyers Premium of 10.5% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the Durant Community School Districts's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
Pick-up hours by appointment only.
The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up.
