Building number
SC-641 is a single portable building containing approximately 896 SF (28'x32'),
acquired in January 1991. Buyer will not be able to confirm working condition as
all utilities and plumbing have been disconnected. Moving this building from
listed location will require road permits and buyers are encouraged to solicit
quotes from a licensed building mover to inspect destination site prior to
bidding. Destination site should be prepped prior to moving the building.

The building is located at Stronghurst Complex, 120 Woodland NW, Albuquerque,
NM 87107. All buildings are in "As Is" condition and should be
inspected prior to submitting a bid.

FROM 8:30 AM TO 12

The purchaser shall remove the property at his
expense within the period of time allowed in the invitation. Buyer is solely
responsible to provide any personnel, equipment or material needed to pick up
purchases and shall assume all responsibility for the removal of any item of
property purchased at the sale and any and all risks associated with such
removal including, without limitations, the responsibility for providing LICENSED
AND BONDED professionals to ensure proper removal and loading,
and full responsibility for any damage or liability to persons or property
resulting from any negligent act or omission of Buyer or Buyer's employees,
agents and/or representatives during pick-up and removal. Seller will give
Buyer 30 calendar days from the auction closing date to move the portable
building off Seller's site and is subject to receiving full payment for the bid
amount. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed
within the 30 business days from the time of payment. Buyer must
adhere to specific "REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS" for this auction ...see
attached PDF file.

Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt
documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close
and before payment is made. The purchaser shall be entitled to obtain the
property upon full payment therefore with delivery being made only from the
exact place where the property is located within the installation.

Buildings offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately
detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. Inspections are
pre-scheduled, see description for day, time, and place.

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this
seller's terms and conditions your account with Public Surplus WILL BE LOCKED.
No buyer may assign, transfer or dispose of his rights in any article purchased
before he has paid the purchase price in full. No reselling will be allowed
from the premises.

If any applicable conditions are not complied with by Buyer, then, in
addition, to any other remedies available to Seller, including and without
limitation, the right to hold Buyer liable for the total purchase price, Seller
may, at its option, (a) cancel the sale, retaining all payments made by Buyer,
including any deposit made, as liquidated damages and/or (b) resell the
merchandise at public auction in which event Buyer will be liable for the cost
of removing and reselling the abandoned merchandise for any deficiency between
Buyer's original purchase price and subsequent resale price, Public Surplus
commission, interest rates (minimum of $2.00 per square foot per month) and all
other expenses related to the disposal or reselling of the abandoned property.
In addition, Auctioneer may retain any merchandise purchased at auction by a
defaulting Buyer as collateral security for Buyer's obligations to Auctioneer.

Bid Deposits: Albuquerque Public Schools may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

Public Processing, LLC handles all payments for Albuquerque Public Schools.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

NMGRT (Sales Tax) shall be added to the winning bid at the current rate. 7.875% is the current rate as of July 1, 2018.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Albuquerque Public Schools will not release the item to you.
