Garfield County will not ship property. Winner is responsible for picking up the property within 10 business days of the close of the auction. If the winner does not pick up the property Garfield County reserves the right to 1) retain all payments and 2) dispose of the property in any manner desirable to the County, including resale. Repeat violations of pickup will be cause to block the bidder from future auctions.

Failure to make payment will be considered default and the bidder will be blocked from participating in future auctions.

A Buyers Premium of 10% may be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
State/Local Sales and/or Use Tax. Garfield County may collect a sales tax unless the Buyer has provided a valid tax-exempt certificate to Garfield County prior to payment.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
