Currently Dutch Auctions are not supported with the Public Surplus Buyer's App. To bid on this auction item, please access Public Surplus through a browser to ensure that you are able to select the quantity you would like to bid on. Your bid amount will be multiplied by the quantity you select. For example, if there are 10 items available and you bid on 3 items at $20 your bid amount would be $60. If you do not understand how this type of auction works, please contact Public Surplus buyer support on chat to discuss how these auctions work before placing a bid. Lack of understanding of this type of auction will be no excuse for failure to pay. Buyers that fail to pay will be blocked and marked as defaulted.

- We have done our very best to list all defects or issues and provide pictures thereof however, auction item may have additional defects or mechanical issues ECSD is not aware of. Failure on our part to not mention unknown defects does not mean there are none. Anticipate normal wear and tear on all vehicle / equipment.
- These unit(s) are brand new. We removed them from buses and replaced with a fully illuminated stop arm.
- ECSD has no opinion on a vehicle's / equipment road worthiness nor do we have an opinion on just how far it may make it down the road.
- We highly encourage you to inspect auction item before placing bids.
- If you wish not to be charged tax please complete the attached tax exempt form found in attachments below.
- It will be your responsibility to bring any equipment, tools and or man power to aid in loading vehicles / equipment. We reserve the right to cancel any winning bid if these requirements are not followed.
- All items are in working order unless stated otherwise.

Bid Deposits: Eagle County School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.
PayMac, handles all payments for Eagle County School District.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or the Eagle County School District will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
