We will require either that the aircraft be removed within 30 days of purchase OR that arrangements be made within that time frame with the airport manager to keep the aircraft on the airport. The requirements for keeping the aircraft on the airport include that it be made airworthy within an agreed-upon time frame and that all required tie down fees are timely paid or it is stored in a hangar (there is a waiting list for hangars, btw). If it is purchased by a current OLS tenant, that tenant must commit to making the aircraft airworthy AND list it on the approved hangar lease agreement AND provide all required submittals relative to the aircraft as part of the hangar lease agreement.
