The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from Orange County Water District and must take ALL items at time of pickup.
Due to the liability of District personnel, we will not be able to help load or secure items.
All items are sold "as is". OCWD OFFERS NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. OCWD is not reliable for all items sold. All SALES ARE FINAL.
