This auction is for one (1) lot of tires and wheels.

Wheels:  5 lug, 4 1/2 inch bolt circle pattern, 15" x 10" wide

Tires:  275/60R20 - Terra Grappler G2

NOTE:   The winning bidder must complete and submit the Sales Agreement form and the End User Certificate to us before the sale can completed.  The forms are attached.

NOTE:  All winning bidders are expected to fulfill their obligation including pick up and payment in the specified amount of time as described in the Terms & Conditions.  Any winning bidder not fulfilling their obligation will be considered to be in default and will risk losing the privilege of bidding on future auctions.

Please be aware that any winning bidders must not be listed on the U.S. Consolidated Screening List, a list of parties for which the U.S. Government maintains restrictions on business transactions, including certain exports, reexports, or transfers of items.

All items being sold are subject to the Terms and Condition which are incorporated herein by reference, and such other special terms and conditions as may be contained herein. Purchaser is required to sign and return the Sales Solicitation and Agreement Form within 7 days of the end of the Auction.

Successful bidder will be responsible for all shipping costs. ORNL Property Management will provide shipping assistance to those with U.S. address only unless specified as a local pick-up only sale.

ORNL will load all items that are picked-up at our location.

While certain information about the property has been provided, bidders are invited and urged to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. There may be additional defects or issues with the property and it is solely the obligation of the bidder to confirm the condition. Seller shall not be liable for any differences in the description and the actual property. Unless otherwise specified in the description, the property will be available for public inspection at the Property Sales Warehouse. For all sale items located at the Property Sales Warehouse or at other locations, inspection times are available between the hours of 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday -Friday and must be scheduled in advance. NO MINORS ALLOWED ON-SITE
