Description
Condition: GOOD
  • Allen MDS1085 Custom 4 manual organ with pedalboard and bench, all mounted on a 4-wheel dolly finished with parquet flooring.
  • Two green component racks, where all the necessary amplifiers and associated equipment are mounted. 
  •  96 speaker cabinets, which include 4 pedal cabinets, 2 reed cabinets, 11 mid-range cabinets (which were mounted in the coral shell of the BYU Concert Hall).
  • 79 Cabinets were mounted around the sides and top of the proscenium arch of the Concert Hall.  
  • All cables that were used to connect each component.
  • One cable disconnect allows the console to be stored outside the auditorium.

***VIEWING ITEMS AND/OR PICK UP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:

24-HR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PICK-UP's - All pickups must be scheduled and confirmed.  Sending an email or leaving a voice mail DOES NOT CONFIRM a pickup.  You must wait until you receive a response from the auction contact before your pickup is confirmed.  Pick up times of winning auction will only be scheduled: Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8AM-3PM.  If you are having someone else pick up the item, you must provide authorization via email or in writing along with proof of your identification

****PLEASE NOTE**** No service of any kind will be furnished by Snow College with the loading and hauling of winning auction.  You are expected to load your own item(s).  There is no dock at the pickup site.  If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone with you and/or your own equipment to haul items out of the warehouse.

 *Item(s) should be paid within 5 business days after the end of the auction. They should be removed from Snow College property within ten (10) business days from the date of notification from Public Surplus of cleared payment. Snow College reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $25.00 per item, per day in excess of the time allowed.

No 3rd Party pickup including UPS.

We are not experts of the items listed for auction.

We do not inspect every item to see if it works.

All Sales are final.

All sales are final. Items are sold "as is." Public Processing will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Snow College will not release the item to you.
