** Be advised that these items have been previously used and may contain defects. Be also advised that the buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, and coordinating pick-ups with our county within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset. Our county does not assist with any loading of any form. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email (include in email a copy of your ID) giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf.  

Appointment required for preview or pick up.  Location is not always staffed.

Bid Deposits: Sevier County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness to all buyers.

PayMac, Inc. handles all payments for Sevier County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.

Sevier County may charge a sales tax. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Sevier County will not release the item to you.

Pick-up Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. (except Holidays)

The successful bidder will be responsible for the packing, loading and/or transporting of any item(s), if necessary.
