Vehicle starts, runs, and drives. Oil change is past due by date (1/25/2026) not by miles (152,215). Virginia state inspection is expired (12/25). All four tires have good tread. Spare tire is missing from cargo area. Vehicle horn does not operate at steering wheel: A button has been added below and to the right of the steering wheel to activate. Dash shows TPMS error. Both heat and AC work as designed. When driving, a vibration sound can be heard when traveling at around 40 mph: We believe it to be loose trim on the windshield. 
 
Interior is in overall good condition, consistent with other retired police vehicles. Holes may be present where police equipment have been removed. Broken or loose trim pieces may be present. extra, undamaged B-pillar trim will be in cargo area. Rear door panels do not have manual lock pulls. Cargo area is scuffed/dirty.
 
Exterior is in overall good condition. All police decals have bee removed, however some glue residue is still present on the sides of the vehicle. Bottom mounting brackets are poking through front bumper from removal of the push bar. Rear bumper reflectors are missing from the vehicle. Sealed hole in roof where police equipment was removed. 
 
Vehicle comes with 2 sets of keys/fobs.
 
Vehicle maintenance history is not known. Nor do we have access to any maintenance records. 
 
This vehicle is located at 13048 Poorhouse Rd. Windsor, VA 23487. Buyer is responsible for loading/transport of vehicle after purchase. Towing off-site is always recommended regardless of vehicle condition.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Processing of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: COUNTY OF ISLE OF WIGHT may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
