This paintball gun is in fair condition with some wear and tear/dirty from storage. It has not been tested with a cartridge and paintballs but all of the functions of the levers and trigger work just fine. It comes with an empty cartridge if wanted and comes as is. Message me with any questions!
All items bought MUST BE PICKED UP. We do not offer any shipping options.

Guarantee Waiver. All property is offered for sale "as-is, where-is," and "with all faults, if any."

Carbon County sales tax may be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the Final sale Price. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment.
The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you. All sales are final.
Carbon County may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.
