AND that portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 28, Township 31 North, Range 9 West, W.M., Clallam County, Washington, lying
Northwesterly of the adjusted boundary line per Clallam County Superior Court Cause No.
07-3-00329-7 as shown on Volume 67 of Surveys, page 98, under Clallam County Recording No.
2009-1233004, records of said County;
AND ALSO that portion of the North half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 28, Township 31 North, Range 9 West, W.M., Clallam County, Washington lying
Northerly of that portion conveyed to the State of Washington as described in Volume 249 of
Deeds, page 254, Clallam County Recording No. 308129, records of said County and
Southwesterly of the centerline of East Lyre River Road (formerly Secondary State Highway No.
9-1), as described in Clallam County Recording No. 576094, as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 28,
Township 31 north, Range 9 West, W.M., Clallam County, Washington;
Thence West along the North line of said subdivision a distance of 707.00 feet;
Thence South 37° 22' East to the East line of said Subdivision and the end of this line description;
Situate in the County of Clallam, State of Washington.
County employees/officers are prohibited from bidding at this sale. No person who is a county employee/officer may bid. No county employee/officer may bid as an agent of someone else. No agent can bid for any county employee/officer.
All parcels for sale are subject to any easements and assessment liens of other taxing districts and federal liens extinguished by this sale, whether known or unknown. This means that any buyer is purchasing the property subject to (1) easements of record including but not limited to public utility easements and public right-of-way easements; (2)the State's reservation of mineral rights or mineral rights which may otherwise be reserved of record; (3) Local Improvement District (LID) Liens as provided by law; (4) abatement to "special assessment liens"; and (5) subject to other interests preserved as a matter of law.
5% Buyer Premium-$1 minimum premium per auction shall be added to the final sale price.
Payment must be made no later than 5:00pm Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
Acceptable form of payment is wire transfer. Payment will be processed through PayMac, a third-party payment processing company. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
