This surplus asset is being sold “AS IS”, with no warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All viewing and pick up times are by appointment only, Monday– Friday 9am - 1pm.

No weekend, holiday or after-hours appointments will be made.

Winner is responsible for all loading, transporting, coordinating payments and pickup with Colorado Mountain College within the proper time frame, no exceptions.

Be prepared and bring sufficient equipment, tools, and manpower to assist with the removal of auction item. Colorado Mountain College does not assist with any loading.

  • WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP PROPERTY WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.
  • PICKUP APPOINTMENTS ON WINNING BIDS WILL NOT BE SET UP UNTIL PAYMENT RECEIPT HAS BEEN SENT BY PUBLIC SURPLUS.
  • NO MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR WORK OF ANY TYPE WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. 
  • WE DO NOT HAVE A LOADING DOCK. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ALL APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY TOOLS AND/OR ADDITIONAL HELP FOR LOADING VEHICLE.

Viewing of Auction items by appointment only. Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, without warranty.

Sales tax shall be added to all purchases made. The buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the Final sale Price.

All sales are final. PayMac Inc, handles all payments for Colorado Mountain College. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 (five) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the we will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: We may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

**ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED FOR PICK-UP WITHOUT APPOINTMENT**
Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item.

Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
