Buyer is responsible for inspecting items offered for sale and bids should be based on the buyer's inspection and evaluation.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium ($1.00 minimum) will be added to the sale price.

TAX: Texas state and local sales tax of 8.25% applies unless buyer provides an acceptable sales tax exemption certificate.

PAYMENT: PayMac Inc, handles all payments for Del Mar College. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. All sales are final.

REMOVAL OF PROPERTY AFTER PURCHASE: Buyer must remove auction item(s) from Del Mar College premises within seven (7) business days, exclusive of college holidays, after e-mail confirmation of payment receipt. Buyer is responsible for all arrangements and costs associated with packing, removing, loading and transporting the auctioned item(s).
