101/13139-Large Lot of Blauer Shirts/Pants - Lot #2
 
 
Bulk auction of tactical shirts and pants. Some of these items are new with tags while others will be lightly used. 
 
The shirts are Blauer B.DU Tactical shirts advertised as water resistant and breathable. 
 
The dress shirts are heavy duty washable wool fabric with liquid repellent finish, Abrasion resistant, stretch nylon mesh side panels, flat pockets with hook-and-loop flaps, 2-button adjustable cuffs.
 
Blue pants are Blauer TenX Tactical pants, advertised as having a self-adjusting stretch waistband, DWR water resistant finish, and fade-resistant Supercharged Cotton Ripstop fabric. 
 
The dress pants are worsted wool fabric. It has a liquid repelling finish that is advertised to protect against rain.

All items are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or by the removal of the item.

Items sold must be paid for within 5 days and picked up within 10 days of close of auction at the City location indicated. Pick up times are Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm, holidays excluded, unless otherwise stated.

IF A BIDDER HAS BEEN BLOCKED BY 3 OR MORE AGENCIES, THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO BLOCK THAT BIDDER WITHOUT ADDITIONAL NOTICE.

Except for vehicles that will be registered for use on public highways, gross receipts tax will be added to ALL purchases made unless the Buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate at the time of payment.

All computers are sold without an operating system (Windows). All hard drives have been formatted or removed.

City of Farmington employees are not eligible to bid on items originating from their own work area (division). See item code for originating area. Certain exceptions apply.

Small package shipping may be available for a nominal handling fee, and at the sole discretion of the City. Read auction listings carefully for details. Buyers must send a prepaid shipping label if shipping is allowed. No international shipping.
