PAYMENT
PayMac handles all payments for the Town of Herndon. Payment must be received within 5 business days of close of auction. Buyers Premium: A 5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment. VA Sales Tax (6%) collected on all auctions except vehicles (DMV collects tax on titled items). Public Processing will notify buyer of payment receipt via email.

PICK-UP
Buyer must remove item(s) within 5 business days of payment receipt notification. Payment receipt email must be presented at the time of pick up or item will not be released. If terms are violated there will be no refund. THE TOWN OF HERNDON WILL NOT SHIP. Winner responsible for loading and hauling.

LOGISTICS
Read "Special Information" for instructions. Pickup locations sometimes require appointments or have unique requirements. Read before bidding.
