Payment and pick-up of the vehicle must be completed within 7 calendar days of the auction closing day. Title will not be available at the time of pick-up. It may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive the title by certified mail.

Management reserves the right to block/ban customers who abandon property or refuse to pay for an item.

Buyers Premium A 9.5% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

Customers are expected to take all items included in the auction. Abandonment of any items may lead to the customer being blocked.

PayMac handles all payments for City of Houston.
