Bus was cycled out from our fleet of school route buses because of age and depreciation. Bus is drivable and operational. As required when a school bus is removed from student transportation use, the name of the school district has been covered, painted over (black paint), and stop sign and crossing arm removed.

All items are where is, as is. We give the most accurate description possible, but encourage buyers to inspect items personally. Buyers have 5 business days to pay for item after winning the auction, and must remove items within 7 business days of payment. Failure to do so may cause storage fees to be charged until pick up is completed. ALL items purchased must be removed from its location by the buyer.
ID must be presented with copy of receipt at time of pickup.

Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. All items must be removed from the premises, and/or loaded on a truck/trailer by the buyer. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING, SHIPPING, OR OTHERWISE OF ANY ITEMS SOLD.
THE SCHOOL SUPPLIES NO TOOLS, OR ASSISTANCE IN REMOVAL OF ITEMS.
PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS IF NEEDED, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, VANS.

Kiona-Benton City School District may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for Kiona-Benton City School District.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
Kiona-Benton City School District may charge applicable sales tax unless the buyer has provided a valid tax exemption certificate. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.
