The winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with title transfer and license plates. License plate will be removed. Temporary tags will not be provided.
This vehicle is sold “as is, where is” and may be missing some parts. The vehicle may have body and/or interior damage not clearly shown in photos. We do not offer opinions regarding the operational condition of any item listed. There may be defects not detectable at the time of listing; therefore, it is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the item and place a bid based solely on that inspection.
No maintenance records will be provided. No maintenance or repair work of any kind will be permitted on the property.
ATTENTION BIDDERS: Please do not bid if our Terms and Conditions cannot be met. All items must be paid in full and removed from the property within the dates and time frame specified in the auction. Item(s) not removed within the allotted time will be canceled and re-listed. No refunds.

Lafayette Economic Development Authority ("LEDA") may require a bid deposit.
PayMac handles all payments for LEDA.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.
LEDA will charge a sales tax of 9%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or LEDA will not release the item to you.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, loading and/or transporting any item(s), if necessary.
