The Merced County, as Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including and implied warranty of quality or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes another person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of these goods. We receive items from a number of sources and many cases, condition of property is unknown.

ALL ITEMS: Pick-ups are by Appointment Only. Arrangements must be made with Frankie Medeiros. (ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN TEN (10) WORKING DAYS FROM DATE OF AUCTION CLOSING).

Pick ups are by Appointment Only and "NO VIEWINGS WILL TAKE PLACE." (MUST PICK UP AT LOCATION WE DO NOT SHIP OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH UPS/FEDEX/USPS OR ANY OTHER PARCEL CARRIERS)

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Merced County assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping of any items.

REMOVAL: BIDDER SHALL REMOVE ITEM/VEHICLE NO LATER THAN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF AUCTION CLOSING, DEFAULT ON PICK UP WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF ITEM/VEHICLE AND WILL BE RESOLD OR DISCARDED. NO EXCEPTIONS NO REFUNDS.

Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction to collect payment.

TAXES: County of Merced's sales tax of 8.25% shall be added to all purchases made.
