Moraine Park Technical College invites the public to participate in our current Public Surplus auctions featuring 65 items from our HVAC & Refrigeration Program at our West Bend Campus. This event uses an abbreviated auction schedule, which differs from the standard timeline listed in our Public Surplus Terms & Conditions.
We welcome bidders to an open house inspection on Tuesday, June 16, from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at 2151 N Main St, West Bend, WI 53090. Please park in Lot “L”, enter through Door #43, and follow signs to Room L130.
Items include equipment previously used for student learning, vendor-donated pieces in working condition, and some new-in-box materials. All items are sold as is, where is, and the open house is your opportunity to assess condition and fit. Model numbers are included in most listings to support your research.
The auction closes Thursday, June 18 at 2:00 p.m., and all purchased items must be picked up by Wednesday, June 24 at noon.
PayMac, handles all payments for MPTC. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Moraine Park Technical College will charge a sales tax of 5.6%.
10% Buyers Premium will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction.
Take the "Notice of Award" with the "Paid Receipt" & personal identification such as Driver's License or DMV ID to the pick-up location. Releasing the item(s) require you to show all 3 documents or the item(s) will not be released. If somebody else is picking up item(s) there must be a note stating you have authorized this person to pickup for you.
All auctioned items must be removed by the successful bidder with no debris left. Any bidder who fails to remove the auctioned item(s) within the time specified herein may not be allowed to bid on future auctions. Bidder shall be responsible for any damage or cost incurred by Moraine Park Technical College as a result of the bidder's removal of the auctioned item(s).
