Note: Sold as-is, where-is through fiduciary administration. Buyer is responsible for removal and transport. Vehicle MUST be removed from site within 10 calendar days from close of auction! Do not bid if you cannot adhere to the pick up deadline. Failure to remove vehicle by deadline will result in forfeiture of vehicle- no refund will be issued! In addition, you will be blocked from participating in future auctions with this agency.

ITEM PICKUP TIMES ARE 7:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. MONDAY-THURSDAY. CLOSED FRIDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.

All items must be removed within ten (10) calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Notice of Award.

A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.

Navajo County makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
