Condition: EXCELLENT

This structure is built more like a residential home than a typical shed.  The construction style makes it an ideal candidate to insulate and heat. It would be great as a tiny house, she-shed, man-cave, pool house, guest house, or garden shed.  Transport is the responsibility of the buyer.  Collins Towing 612-221-3469 has given us a quote of $600, for a basic unobstructed move of shed, within 10 miles of Maple Grove Senior High.  Shed can be previewed on the south side of Maple Grove Senior High.
