There are no warranties with any purchase, items are sold as is.  All efforts have been made to detail any known problems.

 

Buyer must supply all personnel for removing said items. All items must be removed, and loaded on the truck by the buyer. The school will NOT have ANY loading capabilities. Items need to be picked up within 7 days after auction ends or money will be forfeited.


NOTICE!!! AN APPOINTMENT MUST BE MADE TO PICK UP OR VIEW ALL ITEMS. 
PROPER EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED FOR REMOVAL OF ALL ITEMS, I.E. TRUCKS, TRAILERS, ETC.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within 5 business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The payment receipt must be presented at the time of pick up or the said agency will not release the item to you.

Bid Deposits: Provo City School District may require bid deposits to ensure fairness and equity to all buyers as a way to decrease default bidding.

Pick-up hours by appointment only. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item within 5 days of successful bid.
