Auto transmission, power windows, power seat, power door locks, power brakes, dual heating/air conditioning, cruise control, tilt wheel, AM/FM stereo, CD, rear def., 2WD. Exterior of vehicle is in good condition, dent on front bumper, LF bumper popped out, LF bumper slightly popped out, hood hail damage, front windshield cracked. Leather interior is in good condition, some plastic damage to left rear door frame. Tires are in fair condition. Mechanical is in fair condition. Glass is in good condition overall.

Radios and any other special equipment previously added have been removed from vehicle.

**Winning Bidders**
1. Pick-ups MUST be scheduled during hours of operation.
2. Must have proper vehicle equipment to remove as quickly as possible.
3. Recommend applying for Vehicle Transit Permit. We do not provide temporary tags.
4. Vehicles will be titled ONLY to the WINNING BIDDER of the vehicle - NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. If a third-party transport company or person is picking up on your behalf, you must provide authorization via email or in writing along with proof of your identification. Randall County shall provide authorization form to winning bidder if needed.
6. Randall County Purchasing will mail all necessary title work documentation and receipts to WINNING BIDDER. Winning Bidder name, mailing address, email, and phone number are required before release of any documents.

* All County logo markings and license plates will be removed from vehicle prior to release to the winning bidder. Buyers shall be held responsible to file all title transfers and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority. Randall County will submit Vehicle Transfer Notifications to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles after auction closes. It is recommended you transfer ownership within a timely manner to avoid any unnecessary late fees or penalties. You may contact your local vehicle registration authority for any specific guidelines regarding the transfer process, fees and associated deadlines.
Pick-up of vehicle MUST be scheduled no later than Friday, July 10, 2026, during hours of operation. M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.

Sale of all surplus property is, as is and where is, without warranty. The description of surplus property offered for sale has been compiled from available data, but there is no guarantee or warranty on the part of the County as to condition or quality of surplus property. The County reserves the right to withdraw any items being offered. No service of any kind will be furnished by the County, and the successful bidder shall assume any cost of weighing, packaging, crating, loading or hauling, unless otherwise indicated.
Viewing of Auction items by appointment only.
PayMac handles all payments for County. Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days of close of auction. No refunds or adjustments will be made on any award(s). Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of packing and/or shipping of any item(s) if necessary.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises within five (5) business days of notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment or as specified in auction notes.
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyer Premium shall be added to the Final sale Price.
Bid Deposits: Randall County may require bid deposits
