This was a old County Cop Car that the school purchased and used to transport drivers.  The Odometer will not come on but with using a scan tool the milage shows 152,612 miles on the car.  The car has a load roar coming from the rear end while driving.  All four tires are Dry rotten and have crakes showing. There is rust in the floor boards and rocker panels.
