WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. Bidders may contact a local shipping company to pick up, package and ship their item(s). You are expected to load your own items.

If you cannot carry or lift your winnings, you will need to bring someone with you. Limited assistance may be available. 

Please allow until the next Business Day after Auction closes before contact.  We may be with other customers, on the road or in a meeting.  Therefore, please leave a message and send an email, we will reply as soon as we can.  Do not show up to facility.

** Pick-ups are by scheduled appointment only. Do not show up without an appointment.

** Pick-ups are Tuesday - Thursday 7:30am to 1pm.  A set appointment time must be scheduled within this time frame.

The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) and must take all items at time of pickup. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive these items from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition in which we receive them. WE DO NOT INSPECT EVERY ITEM TO SEE IF IT WORKS.

Inspection and pick up of Auction items by appointment only.

Metropolitan Transit Authority Harris County may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for Metropolitan Transit Authority Harris County.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. Some auctions may be manually awarded and it may take a few business days for winning bidder to be notified of award.

Metropolitan Transit Authority Harris County may charge sales tax.

A Buyers Premium of will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
