All items up for auction from Rio Arriba County are sold on an “As is- Where is” basis. Any description of an item within this auction is for general reference only, and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Potential bidders are encouraged to inspect the item before bidding, and they may conduct an inspection upon request. BUYER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO REMOVE ITEMS. APPOINTMENTS ARE SCHEDULED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9:00AM TO 3:00PM. PLAN AHEAD AS SOME APPOINTMENT TIMES AND DAYS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.WE DO NOT SHIP.

PayMac handles all payments for Rio Arriba County.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award of the winning bid.
Rio Arriba County will charge a sales tax of 8.1875%. The tax rate will be calculated at the time of bidding. When sales tax is included, the buyer shall add and include the sales tax amount when making payment.
Buyers Premium: A Buyers Premium of 11% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium if applicable will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. Pick-up hours Monday thru Friday 8:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-4:30pm
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal or pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Removal must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award of the winning bid. The notice of award, the payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up, or Rio Arriba County will not release the item to you.
