Item Pick Up: All items must be picked up within 10 business days of the close of the auction. Pick up is by appointment only. We will not ship any items. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at the time of pick up. If you are having a third party pick up your items you must send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus at least one full business day before the scheduled pick up date/time, no exceptions.
