Description
Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION
Walk in cooler,   162.25” wide X 90.25” high X 139” deep on the outside. INOPERABLE     It is dismantled, sitting on a trailer. Buyer will be responsible for loading on their own trailer.
 
This cooler hasn’t worked for about a year and half. The compressor on the cooler started to have a leak and it requires freon which is not longer sold at most places.

This item is owned by the State of South Dakota and has been declared surplus. This item is PICK UP ONLY.

 The State of South Dakota reserves the right to end this auction at any time, for any reason it deems necessary.

State of South Dakota Property Management may require a bid deposit.

PayMac handles all payments for State of South Dakota Property Management.

Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card.
NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award.

State of South Dakota Property Management will charge a sales tax of 6.2% to non vehicular items to residents of South Dakota or if items are picked up by successful bidder.

A Buyers Premium of 7.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.

The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released.

Pick-up hours by appointment only.

The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of item(s), packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. Successful bidder will be responsible for cost of shipping item(s) if 'Free Shipping' is not offered for that item(s).

Payment must be received within 5 business days from the Notice of Award.
