LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that certain premises situated in Gila County, State of Arizona, described as follows, to-wit: all of the south half of lot no. 56 in the ne ¼ of section 26, in t 1 n, r 15 e, g & s r b & m, in the City of globe, Gila county, Arizona, the said one-half to be divided and cut off from the north half by a line parallel with the northerly end line of said lot; it being the intention to cut said lot into two equal parts, the northerly part whereof has been conveyed to joseph burns by deed on November 8, 1909.
