This gun may have been stored for many years. The firearms may have some rusting, pitting or biohazards such as dried blood. They have been unclaimed or forfeited by the courts and the gun has not been cleaned nor used in years. Special Note regarding Firearms: This Firearm is assumed to be used and may have defects not noticeable or visible in the photographs. It has not been test fired and the operating condition is unknown. We highly recommend having a professional inspect the weapon prior to firing. The weapon is sold as with no implied or expressed warranty.

THIS MEANS CLEARLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN FFL YOU CANNOT BID. Your license will be validated and then you will be added to the Pre-Qualified Bid group and you will be authorized to bid. Please allow 1 day for this action to be completed.
2. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be required to pickup the firearm(s) within 5 days of auction closing. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to do so will result in loss of the auction and the payment previously made. You will also be blocked from bidding on all future auctions if this is not completed.
3. THERE IS NO SHIPPING OF THESE ITEMS. THEY MUST BE PICKED UP BY A LICENSED FFL DEALER.
