CONDITION: CONDITION IS POOR AND MAY CURRENTLY NOT BE RUNNING. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE REPAIRS EXPENSES EXCEED ITS VALUE. 

SALE OF ALL West-MEC SURPLUS PROPERTY IS, “AS IS AND WHERE IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITH NO WARRANTY, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE.

PLEASE SCHEDULE PICK UPS, 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

OPERATION HOURS: MON – FRI 8AM- 2PM. 

PICK UPS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 2:30 PM.

THERE IS NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED IN PREPARING AN ITEM FOR REMOVAL FROM SITE.

PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

Inspection by appointment only. West-MEC may require a bid deposit. All payments are processed through PayMac. Accepted payment methods: Wire Transfer or Credit Card ONLY. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days of award notification. A 9% sales tax will be applied and calculated at the time of bidding. Buyer must include applicable sales tax when submitting payment.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final sale price (minimum $1 per auction). The premium will be visible during bidding and included in the total amount due.

All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify the buyer by email upon receipt of payment.

The successful bidder is responsible for pick-up at the agency's premises within ten (10) business days of award notification. Pick-up is by appointment only. The notice of award, proof of payment, and valid ID must be presented at pick-up or the item will not be released.

Buyer is responsible for packing and loading items.

Per District Policy 3-105, Board members and employees may not directly or indirectly purchase surplus property if they were involved in its purchase, disposal, maintenance, or preparation for sale.
